There are many opinions as to what a good CV should contain, and how it should look. Over time, the template for CVs has changed in terms of form and content.
The fact is that we are all different. For the same reason, there should be a difference between the CV of the director with 15 years of human resource and the CV of a newly graduated engineer. The overall focus should be on what is relevant and important.e.
There is no such thing as “One Fits All!”
But one thing is certain: The good, clear and comprehensive CV must be targeted to the actual position. A CV should be seen as a dynamic document in which the order and priority of the content should vary depending on the position that is being sought.
